Thank You Notes: workshop volunteers

Santa Bear poses with a group of volunteers in the Santas Anonymous workshop

Workshop volunteers put in thousands of hours preparing hampers for families in need.

We’re celebrating National Volunteer Week with thank you notes! Check back throughout the week of April 11-15 for new messages from our team leaders to the volunteers with whom we work.

April 13, 2016

To our workshop volunteers:

From the moment we received our first hamper application to the final piece of tape on that very last present, you have given us countless hours of your valuable time and your limitless talents. For that, I am truly grateful.

You have typed, phoned, sorted, tracked, wrapped, and delivered with a speed and efficiency that would make Santa’s elves jealous, but most of all you connected with one another and became a big family that worked together and made a tremendous difference in the lives of so many children in our community.

Thank you to each team leader for organizing, scheduling, and inspiring your teams, and to every team member a big thanks for always bringing your dedicated hearts and helping hands to the workshop.  We could not do this work year after year without you.

It is a privilege to work with you all.
