The volunteers at CFAX Santas Anonymous are the driving force behind our Society. Every year, thousands of children and youth across the Capital Regional District receive heartwarming gifts during the holiday season, thanks to the dedication of hundreds of volunteers. Whether it's engaging with parents to learn about their child's wishes, assisting donors in selecting the perfect gift, tenderly packing each present, or coordinating pickup and delivery, our volunteers pour their hearts into every single hamper, ensuring that each child feels truly cared for.

More than your typical holiday charity, our volunteer Board of Directors is on the job year-round, making a real difference in the community through our More for the Kids grant program. We're all about supporting children and youth with mental health services, sports opportunities, fun summer camps, food for children in need, and extra help with education.

The theme for National Volunteer Week “Every Moment Matters” highlights the importance of every volunteer and each contribution they make at a moment when we need support more than ever. The sharing of time, skills, empathy, and creativity is vital to the inclusivity, strength, and well-being of our communities.  

During National Volunteer Week 2024, we come together to recognize and celebrate the importance of each and every volunteer’s impact. Now more than ever, Every Moment Matters.
